Our community based service provides a high standard of care for children from 0-5 years old. As a Christian organization and affiliate of Blacktown Anglican Church, Blacktown Anglican Child Care Centre (BACCC) is committed to providing community services which affirm the worth of every individual in the eyes of God. Such a commitment will involve allowing service users the opportunities to hear of God's offer of eternal life through faith in Jesus Christ and to discover God's unique plan and purpose for their lives. We strive to promote a very warm and welcoming atmosphere which has led to a consistent team of educators for many years. The centre is located in a prime position right in the heart of Blacktown and is close to public transport. We are very focused on developing and supporting connections to the community and as such assist in running a playgroup, have regular interactions with local seniors groups, host events for our families to celebrate the diverse cultures at the service, and many more connections.
Our Expectations of all Employees
- You must demonstrate a clear passion for early years' education with an extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQF.
- You must be able to demonstrate dedication towards a collaborative team approach to your work.
- You must possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to manage parent inquiries and expectations as well.

Available Positions
Currently we do not have any full time or part time positions available. We are always looking to expand our list of casual staff and we share our casual list with our sister centre St Marks Child Care Centre in Plumpton, so there is plenty of opportunities for casual work.
